Shake and stir and sample (of course) your way through four autumnal cocktails, led by Cardinal bartender Parker Burton and Cardinal co-founder Jeff Wuslich. Expect seasonal twists on classic cocktails, and Cardinal originals. We'll talk about technique, batching, garnish, etc. -- and you'll leave with lots of ideas for the season ahead, and maybe even find a new signature cocktail! This class is for all skill levels; ages 21+.

When: Saturday, Oct. 31, 3-5pm *OR* Sunday, Nov. 1, 12-2pm

Where: Cardinal Spirits, 922 S. Morton St.

Cost: $50 per person
