CAT’S WHISKERS

By Kevin Hinkle, former bartender at Cardinal Spirits

1 ounce Honey Schnapps
¾ ounce Standard Dry Gin
¾ ounce simple syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
lemon peel or bee pollen, for garnish

  1. Add all ingredients except garnish to a mixing tin, then add ice. Shake well.

  2. Strain into a coupe glass, then garnish with a lemon peel or a sprinkle of bee pollen, if you’ve got it!
