When it comes to twists on classics, this is one of our all-time favorites. Elegant and easy-drinking, there’s a reason it is a steady fixture on our cocktail menu at the distillery.

TERRA OLD FASHIONED

By Alex Utter of Cardinal Spirits

1½ ounces Cardinal Spirits Terra Botanical Gin
¾ ounce dry vermouth
½ ounce Cardinal Spirits Flora Liqueur
1 dash grapefruit bitters
Grapefruit peel, for garnish

1.Add all ingredients except garnish to a mixing glass, then add ice. Stir for 20 seconds.
2.Strain into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.
3.Garnish with a wide strip of grapefruit peel.
