WATERMELON G&T

1.5 ounces Cardinal Spirits Terra Botanical Gin
6-7 chunks of watermelon
juice of 1 lime
tonic water (Alex recommends Fever-Tree)
small piece of watermelon, for garnish
ADD gin, watermelon, and lime juice to a shaker, then add ice.
SHAKE well.
STRAIN into a glass filled with ice.
TOP with tonic water.
GARNISH with watermelon.
